Do I fold it on turn to minraise, or do I just call when I actually got what I wanted and if he has a flush I can still get my boat? I didn't put villain on a flush draw/made because I haven't seen him chase flushes ever.. I was putting him on [Ah][Ks].... thoughts?

Shove.
Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.
