There is broad support for this bill. I was astonished to read Freepers supporting Barney Frank . For those that are unaware, Freepers = members of the discussion board at Free Republic, a solidly Republican board with libertarian leanings. They think Barney Frank is Satan himself, so it takes alot to get them to support Frank on anything.

I think there is a decent chance of this bill passing. A real problem is that it will take the US even further out of compliance with the WTO ruling, but this bill at least gets the issue back out in the open.
