Toni never seemed very feminine to me. She's great with typical "guy stuff", like assembling/disassembling whatever, working on cars, working with computers, and is very handy with all kinds of tools. She's also quite tall and manly looking altogether. It could just be that I've known Toni as my biological father all my life.. but she doesn't seem a convincing transexual to me. It's not a problem to me though, as long as she's happy with herself, that's great.

Yes, there is a difference between transgendered and transexual. I believe it is transgendered are those interested in the lifestyle, but pre-op, and transexuals are the ones who live the lifestyle post-op. I could be a little off, but it's something along those lines.

If my father ever tells me he wants to become a woman because he is trapped in a man's body that would explain a lot of things. I'd feel relief...right now, i just think he is totally crazy. Seriously. I should start my thread...

My question: Does he has a boyfriend? If he does, is he str8 or is there some kind of gender to guys who tag transexuals?

I assume you called her dad or something like that growing up. Do you just call her Toni now? Also interested in whether or not she has a boyfriend and his sexual preference and all that, or if he even knows. Are there a lot of post ops running around that are convincing as women? I've seen some that obviously used to be men, but I'd imagine that I've seen a few who I wouldn't have guessed it.
