$200NL 6-max @ FT.

UTG+1 limps, i raise [Kd][Td] to $8 in CO, button calls, SB calls too. i haven't seen these guys before so im assuming they're the typical semi-competent-but-still-bad type that is so pervasive. $200-ish effective stacks all around.

flop: [Js][9s][3d]
pot: $26

check, check, check

turn: [7h]
pot: $26

SB leads $15, i call, button calls.

river: [6d]
pot: $71

SB thinks a few and leads $25. do i raise here ever? cause i really want to.

What are you representing?

If your answer is "villain isn't thinking enough for it to neccesarily matter," which I will accept as an answer, than I think raising the turn is superior.
