I raise to $70. He reraises me to $210 again, but I call ths time.

Pot $420 Flop [3s][3d]. I check and he checks behind.
Pot $420. Turn . I bet $225 and he calls after some thought.
Pot $870. River . I bet $600. He uses all his time and calls me with [Qh].

I guess he thinks hes Stu Ungar? The pot is raised and reraised.

My range is

A big ace which he splits with
A pocket pair which he loses to (unless its 22)
Any J which kills him.
Something like 98s or 78s which beats him
Or a total bluff. How often does someone bluff here? 10% maybe?
