Here's the problem. I haven't had a hand in ages. I haven't been in a decent pot in forever and I sure as hell haven't raised anyone substantially. I'm sure my opponent realizes this... How do I extract the most money?

make it $150.

i mean.....you having a hand could very easily be you having an Ace. he can't put you on trips just because you raise the flop. an it's not like you're gonna extract from KK-JJ no matter how you play it.

making it $150 on the flop allows you to go for like $175 each on the turn and river and it'll be really tough for him to fold AK/AQ.
