Can someone critique this hand after the preflop action i thought i might be in trouble. would you push preflop or see what the flop brought. maybe i should have pushed the turn, i dont know

I am surprised you didn't push the turn here. I'm not a fan of the 4-bet preflop with JJ, but I guess in a blind battle, things like this happen.

I almost don't mind a push on the flop actually, even though it's a pretty big overbet(a CRAI is ok too I guess, but I'm positive he is calling if you do that). Your bet on the flop was a half pot bet, but still commits you to the pot at this point when he calls because he only has $51 left and the board is all unders...so I guess a push on the turn is best. The way this played out, it looks like he has QQ.

I really don't like your turn check...if you are doing that for pot control, well it's too late, and if you are doing it because you think you are behind, well....it's too late.

I think a call of his reraise preflop and then a big CR on the flop is the way to go here.

The 4-bet preflop messed this entire hand up IMO.

Yes and no.

If you just call pf, then you're going to have to fold a tonne of flops, or float and evaluate turn.

If you 4 bet, then you're in a bad spot on this flop...if he calls your cb, you should be done with the hand...he has TT-KK, and by the turn, you're WAY behind. I think he has QQ.
