Villain is 55/0/2.7 with 45% went to showdown and just over half stack (I cover). He's got a green dot, which mean I purposefully sit down in position to take his money. My player note on him says "ultra donkish CS!"...
One fold, Villain limps, I raise to 18$ with OTB, blinds fold, Villain calls.
If I didn't have a read previously, I have one now: the guy's a moron.
I don't believe he has the flush that he's "repping." But a moron could well play KQ 33 77 like this -- all he knows is that he really really doesn't want to see another heart, so he bets big. KJ is only a bluffcatcher, and barely that. I fold this one without a great read.
i muck here. pushing is only slightly +EV at best. chances are you're way behind. I don't think he has the flush, that bets just huge for someone who just made his hand, but i think he's very likely to have two pair here. K7, K3, Q7, Q3, something like that. The only way I see you behind ahead is if he has something like Qx. And even then you're not a huge favorite.
basically, you're either a small favorite or a big dog. just muck this one and look for a better spot to stack him.
I actually pushed (just got that in the moment feeling that it was the right thing to do, maybe because the bet was quite weird?), the hit on the river and his cards got mucked in showdown! I'm not sure what happened there, expected to see his cards first. Didn't have time to check HH as just got aces on two other tables at that point.
Afterwards, I did change my mind a bit and thought it might have been a mistake on my behalf (despite end result) so good to get the feedback.
