$100NL 6-max @ FT

game is down to HU. guy seems pretty passive/donkish. PT has him at 38/14 over about 50 hands. effective stacks $140. reads are as follows: he almost always folds to my 3-bets. if he calls a PF raise or 3bet he will call the flop always and the turn usually. he is not especially aggressive and i haven't seen him raise much at all.

he completes the SB. i check the BB w/ [4d]

flop: KJ4 all clubs
pot: $2

i bet $2, he calls.

turn:
pot: $6

i bet $5. he waits a few seconds and raises to $15.

how do we proceed here?

I agree with Triple B, but I probably fold a bit more often.
