I have not read it yet, but the upshot is that the WTO compliance panel issued its ruling today and found the US to be out of compliance with the WTO's earlier ruling in favor of Antigua.
We all expected the US to lose this ruling. My guess is that the next step is the US filing an appeal of the compliance panel ruling. The WTO case is moving forward, and does offer US players some hope.
