Its not too thin. If anything, its too small. Too thin usually refers to value betting a very marginal hand that very likely isnt ahead.

I think I have the best hand almost always here so its not too thin. I just think he doesnt have enough hand to call a big bet so a big bet doesnt make sense, although I may have gotten $100 out of him.

I do think that people who call a bet on the turn will almost always call the same amount on the river (unless they have a missed draw).

So if he will call $60..100% of the time....how often will he call $100? or $150?

As played bet 2/3 of the pot. And I don't think it's thin here, IMO JJ,TT, 99 are all in his range and will call a river bet.

The guy check raised the flop in the previosu hand that I described when he had TP. You think hes going to limp with JJ and then just keep calling when he has an overpair? I doubt it. Maybe with 99, but not JJ / TT

Also, as I said, its very rare in my live games that someone bets all 3 streets with an unimproved AK / AQ type hand, so how is he going to call $175 or more on the river with 99 after I already bet the flop and turn?

My 1st thought was to bet $100, but then I remembered what you thought of the guy plus that this was live, so i don't see a significant portion of his range folding for $150 than he would $100 and I don't him folding anything for $100 that he'll call $60 with. If we had Kings, something closer to $100's OK to get Ace high action, but we have 2 Aces and this board gives the illusion that a lot of lesser hands are good for a little more than 1/2 the pot.

I don't play live, so I can't tell what is the quality of your opposition there. It is probably FR to, and not SH which I am used to, so my advice could be a bit off.
Normally, playing 6max 400NL, AA there is a monster hand, and I often see people calling down stacks with TT, 99 there.

As for calling with 99 it's not that bad there, even from a game theory stand point, an agrresive opponent would often double barrel a bare here, and then bluff the river when he misses. I think that in agrresive games, many one pair hands would call a river bet.
