Villan is Reefypoopoo. I don't have a lot of hands on him, but he is at a couple of my tables and is a regular.

Everytime I am faced with a hand like this I end up playing for my stack if I decide to continue on with the hand, but jesus folding to a 3 bet on the flop with tptk seem awfully WT.

call flop. CRAI on turn vs. an aggro player.

block a non-[d] turn and check/fold a turn against a tighter player. or check a non-[d] turn and check/call a non-[d] river.

If there is no crazy dynamics between you and this regular I would fold to his raise. If he makes such moves very often I would consider folding AJo UTG preflop.
If there is some dynamics that developed, i.e. he likes to raise your CB in position I would find a spot and shove a stack in his face with a good draw, good made hand. ( Something like would do fine.)

I wouldn't worry about being weak-tight here, I would worry about reversed implied odds.
