villain raises to $7 UTG+1. i call in CO w/ 44. SB calls as well. $240 effective stacks. villain seems to be decent, somewhere between TAG and LAG.

pot: $23

SB checks, villain checks, i bet $17, SB folds, villain CR's to $48. i call.

turn:
pot: $119

villain checks. i check.

river:
pot: $119

villain checks, i bet $75, villain shoves. it's $110 more to call.

my initial thoughts: if im folding to this shove then i should probably have bet the turn OR checked behind on the river. i think my play on the flop + turn are good especially if i expect him to bluff the river a large percentage of the time.

i also think i should probably fold to this CR in spite of the nice-ish pot odds.

Hmm...he either has 88, a huge draw (AKs type hand), overpair...

A pfr then flop check on a fairly dry board scares me. So I'm not sure how I feel about you calling his CR...why just call? Why not reraise?!

On the river, just check...if he was on the FD, it just got there. Fold to river push.
