yoga - just open up PT to the screen you want, then hold down your ALT key and hit your Print Screen key. From there, click Start, then Run and type 'mspaint' (without the quotes) in the "Open:" field. Click OK, then hold down the CTRL key and press the letter V. It will paste your screen cap and you can click File/Save to save it (make life easier and save it as a .jpg, it will be a much smaller file than a bitmap.)
