I cry at TV shows

Postby Beavis68 » Wed Mar 14, 2007 11:03 pm

yeah, call me a pussy. I can still kick your ass.

I cry at TV. I never did before I was married, and it got worse after I had kids. LOST, 24, and even Battlestar make me cry. I absolutely hate it. Hell, there are even two songs that choke me up everytime I hear them. This is so alien to me.

The songs are "lonesome dove" and a lyle lovette song with a line about how " and I like at you when you sleeping and think about how it would be/ if you would just wake up and open your arms................. and hold me.................but you look at me when you wake up/ with eyes that are angry and mean/and I walk away and walk into the kitchen/ and pray for the strength to leave"

tear me up

have fun.

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition makes me puke every time I catch a few minutes of it ... not cry. Manipulative bullsh*t, all to sell the message "ABC is my hero!!!!!"

Oprah is the same way. Ick.

Props to Beavis for being willing to admit this. But, um, nobody was asking ... so why bring it up?
