You've pretty much got a complete list of the healthiest foods right there. I would only add the following:

tomatoes (highly preventative in certain types of cancers)
chicken/turkey (excellent protein source along with the mentioned fish)
flax (miracle.)
ginger (digestive aid)
cranberry juice, pure (urinary tract)

I am a firm believer that most illnesses are caused by various forms of malnutrition. The human body when properly nourished will heal from just about anything.

I try to make it a practice to start every day with a shake consisting of the following:

1.5 cups skim milk
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 banana
3 tablespoons applesauce (natural)
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons flax
pure vanilla (1 teaspoon)
1 scoop Creatine Monohydrate powder
1 scoop Glutamine powder
1 egg

... and blend. This actually only takes about 2-3 minutes to make ... it's quicker than toast once your in the hang of it. Each ingredient is there for a purpose, and of course sometimes you put other things in or take some things out. It's sad but I think I get more nutrition out of that 1 drink than most people do in an entire day.

When I taught college, I knew that when finals came, many of the students would come down with a cold. Stress lowers the immune system. I also found that students did not assign cause and effect.

Hmmmm Johnny. I always drank a lot of grape juice during finals, and you list that as a power food. In fact all seven years I was getting my bachelors I drank tons of grape juice. Of course the grape juice had been allowed to "age" a bit before consumption. Sometimes a whole year!!!

Do you think that aging process took a little of the "goodie" out of it?

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

It's a lot more fun to give your body a challenge. The super healthy diet changes basically every year, so why bother keeping up on it. I eat what I want, I smoke, I drink too much, and I'm either gonna die young or laugh when I live longer than people who went berserk on health food. Either way is fine for me.
