I forced myself to watch the whole thing because I've found that 80% of the time the first episode of a new show is the best. So if this completely sucked (which it TOTALLY did) I wasn't going to watch ever again. I thought it was poorly written and a stupid concept. There was 1 line that made me laugh. When he told the chick he had the job at the video store and she said it's nothing to be ashamed of or whatever and he said something like "well if you're over 30 and DON'T have Downs Syndrome...". Other than that I tought The Winner was a total loser.

Whats with Fox anyway? They keep putting all these crappy shows in between the Simpsons and Family Guy just to get people to watch (this means you Malcolm in the Middle) and it's starting to piss me off. I was very happy with:

7:30 King of the Hill
8:00 The Simpsons
8:30 The War At Home
9:00 Family guy
9:30 American Dad

All of them are either very funny or reasonably watchable. STOP FvCKlNG WITH ME FOX!

i watched the newest two.

a little more uncomfortable, in a curb your enthusiasm way. Still doesn't amount to a pimple on an elephants ass compared to curb of course. But this week's episodes were a little better nonetheless.

I figure I'll give it another run next week.

Note: If Seth MacFarlane wasn't directly involved in this show I would not have watched the show again.
