There's a sticky in the Poker Rooms forum about AC:

The trop has a good tourney every Friday night. 10000 garanteed first place for 100 bucks. One add on and the end of the third blind round is allowed.
If you don't fold the best hand every once in awhile, you're probably not playing your best poker
