How do you play this?

this happened twice to me last night I open raise with a strong hand get a caller and short stack pushes all in do people tend to just call the all in or raise to isolate. I raised both occasions but maybe a call would be right to try to get the other person to come along also

Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
5 players

Pre-flop: (5 players) epidemic is SB with [Kd] [Kc]
UTG folds, CO calls, Button folds, epidemic raises to $3.5, BB calls, CO raises all-in $27,

In these situations do the majority of you come over the top to isolate or call hoping the BB comes along also?

"#3 pencils and quadrille pads."
- Seymoure Cray (1925-1996) when asked what CAD tools he used to design the Cray I supercomputer; he also recommended using the back side of the pages so that the grid lines were not so dominant.

"Interesting - I use a Mac to help me design the next Cray."
- Seymoure Cray (1925-1996) when he was told that Apple Inc. had recently bought a Cray supercomputer to help them design the next Mac.

Due to the stack size here, I would flat call if stacks are about 100BB. If he comes along you can push any non-A flop (pot will be $81 and you'll have a little less than that left). If stack sizes are bigger, or if the flop raise by the shorty was smaller, then I would reraise to isolate.
