I like a long motorcycle ride, or a brisk one on a winding road.
Nothing clears the mind like focusing on trying not to get killed by people talking on cellphones and putting on makeup while drinking a Starbucks (Fivebucks) and smacking their kids in the backseat of their SUV while changing lanes.

Drinking a beer and watching the Sci-Fi channel is nice too.
