First, when you sign in, make sure the "remember me" box is checked.
Now, open Internet Options (it is found in the control panel, and also by clicking Tools then choosing Internet options).
Go to the Security tab.
Click on the green checkmark that stands for trusted sites.
Add the URL of BTP in the box and click Add ( you will have to uncheck the "always use https://" check box.
This should let your browser remember that you want the cookie saved that logs you in automagically.
