The older you get, the more rules they are going to try and get you to follow. You just gotta keep on livin', man. L-I-V-I-N. - Wooderson

I've seen quite a few videos of it. While impressive, I also think it's pretty scary as there'll be no evidence of breaking in, I assume insurance companies won't pay out as there'll be no evidence of a break in or the lock being picked.

The less publicity this stuff gets the better.

I guess the reason it jumped out at me is because I'm having a house built in the berbs and it's scheduled to be completed a week from today. Last Sunday, and I had chatted about this on IRC, someone broke into the house and stole (of all things to steal) the front door. Apparently fancy oak doors with glass inlays are very valuable and easy to resell. Meh, who new? Anyway, there was no forced entry and it "appears" the back door was left unlocked by the workers. I'm pretty sure that's what happened but after I saw this little story I wasn't so sure.

I don't own a gun but I have two large dogs, one of which is a german sheppard. We are thinking about leaving her at the house after we close on Friday because we don't actually move in until that Monday.
