If Nowitski doesn't win the MVP this year I will eat my own penis in a bap*. I can't believe it's possible for a guy who might just about scrape the all time top 10 PGs list to win it 3 times in a row whilst not leading his team to a best-in-league record or a championship. I like Nash a lot too (and to be honest I don't think either him or Nowitski have done enough to deserve it this year, but there don't seem to be too many A-grade candidates) but I can't see they can give it to him 3 years in a row without him doing something more. Might as well give it to that a-hole Kobe if he keeps putting up a million points whilst burying his shitty team....
I guess my one "wild card" would have to be Anthony (even though I guess he's leading all scorers and so not that surprising). Still pretty underrated in my book, he's put up some massive numbers this year (even if his distance shooting seems to have tailed off a bit). Obviously Denver will do F all, but then he is leading a team of (pretty much) stiffs, and they are over 500 in the toughest conference so he's doing OK. But yeah, I guess I give it to Dirk so far.
