If anyone gets their money in less than 6 months, I think it will be a very big surprise. I know how these plea bargains / negotiations work. Hopefully im wrong.

I dont understand why people waited so long on this one. I have kept I pulled most of my money out or had it on pokersites since the shit hit the fan. Too much risk something like this would happen. I only had 183 on NT when they stopped EFTs, I transferred to Deeyakabaka right away and got it on PS.

Not much you can do now.

"A law signed by President Bush in October bans the use of credit cards, checks and electronic fund transfers for Internet gaming. U.S. residents place more than half of all bets to major offshore casinos in an estimated $10.6 billion industry. However, most online gaming sites are based offshore, outside the reach of American law enforcement."

Of course this is ENTIRELY the government's FAULT...

Wow guys, I feel SO bad for you all now...no one's gonna see any $$ for at LEAST a year or two. WOW.

"As a result of the restrictions placed by third parties, court-ordered seizures and related legal concerns, (Neteller) is unable to make payments to U.S. customers," says a posting on the company's website.

This tells me that not all the money is frozen. If it was then the statement would say "as a result of court ordered seizures" and wouldnt add the part about "resticition by 3rd parties".

PokerStars checks are still working as of now, but who knows what the future holds which is why Ive cashoed out all except for about $1500.
