What with you mentioning relatives fishing for whale amonst other things, have you ever seen Deadliest Catch? It's shown in the UK on Discovery



And also the US it seems. If you've seen the program, do you have any opinion of it? I watched the first season it and don't recall any eskimo crew members. Surely they have more experience fishing, especially in more basic boats as you've described. Any comments as to why this might be case, if indeed it is the case? Comments on the program? If you've seen it and weren't such a dapper lawyer fellow do you think you'd be up for the task?

Moving on from previous deadfully structured sentence. Would you agree with one of my mottos that I am liable to have stolen from elsewhere, 'The law isn't about truth, just what you can prove'? How much of an issue for you that your being a lawyer is about winning and not necessarily proving the truth? Especially considering that two lawyers versus a jury of peers whose IQ's should theoretically average to a dismal 100 seems a bit unfair. Or is it only unfair if opposing lawyers aren't equally intelligent.
