yes in a vacuum you may want to call turn, call river.
but its important to shove here because if you spend a lot of time with this guy, and he's decent, you need to be able to bluff/semibluff shove the turn in situations exactly like this.
i think AK/AQ are extremely unlikely hands here and i think most overpairs will call your shove in a blind battle.
