Another week I think, then the physical cravings will go. After that, it's the long haul of adapting to a life of pints without cigarettes - for a while it's like bread without butter - worth it though, and think of the money you'll save.

Day 10. Last night was tough but today I joined a really nice gym, had a sauna/steam/jacuzzi session and felt a lot better.

One part of me can't quite believe I haven't had one for a whole 10 days. Another part of me can't believe I have smoked for so long. It's weird! :shock:
