If you believe the author of that article and agree with his interpretation, then most of us are fine (including me). If you didnt report any of your winnings, well, shame on you. You better start amending some returns.

I stand by my earlier statement that I doubt hardly anyone gets prosecuted for having and not reporting $10K at Neteller. Now if you had $100,000 and didnt report it as some high stakes players most certainly did ( and didnt report), then you may have some explaining to do.

I think its fair to say that most people probably didnt even know you had to report having more than $10K at a foreign bank. I know I didnt until about a year ago.

And lets not forget that Neteller made us click a box recently that said that we agree that they are not a bank. I think its all a pretty grey area.
