$100NL 6-max @ Tribeca

CO limps, Button limps, SB completes, i check in the BB with ATo. they all seem like typical tribeca idiots, and will randomly alternate between playing well, making bad calls, making bad bluffs, etc etc.

flop: QQJ with 2 hearts.
pot: $4

checks around

turn: offsuit K

check, i bet $4. CO and Button call.

river: offsuit 7
pot: $16

i bet $12. CO shoves for another $76. Button folds. i call or fold?

Not worth it...fold. All the hands that beat you, yes, even Q7o, are in his range.

"#3 pencils and quadrille pads."
- Seymoure Cray (1925-1996) when asked what CAD tools he used to design the Cray I supercomputer; he also recommended using the back side of the pages so that the grid lines were not so dominant.

"Interesting - I use a Mac to help me design the next Cray."

The odds he has a full house playing like he has been are not likely and I think he either now has a busted flush draw, two pair, or trips, all of which your straight beats.

The play of his hand says QJ to me...no other hand makes sense IMO. OTOH...

Fold, this screams monster, your best chance here it to chop but you lose to QJ way more often.

agreed with everyone saying fold. You know he has at least the Q. Most people with just trips will raise the turn, but i'd say at least 90% of the time this river raise = boat, not naked trips.

I think we can all also agree there's almost no way he's bluffing here.

Johhnie your hand is much different from this hand. In your hand villian bets $40 into a $130 pot on the river. In this hand villian raises $76 into a $26 pot This 3x the pot size all in is almost never a bluff in my experience.
