You didn't tell us how often he 3bets, but for a TAG with this stats OOP, I would suppose that his range is TT+, AK, AQs. With this estimation of range on flop you are ahead only of 10 possible hands and lose to 25, so fold.
BUT looking at how deep you are there is an option of running a big bluff, if you raise his flop bet and bet turn (if he calls) I think he is going to fold all non set, non big draw hands, i.e. he will call only with KK, and

As played I don't like it, you were behind on flop, on turn you didn't make an attempt to represent a draw and you call river hoping that he doesn't have
