fold this overpair? (6 handed live NL $10)

I just finished reading Angel Largay's book and this was the first chance I've had to put it into practice. It helped a lot, the value of deception proved huge a I stacked 3 people in the first 45 minutes. So I'm up to about $40 and the villian has about $20 before this hand. He is a good player although I think he's too loose preflop. He tends to call a lot with marginal hands and hope to flop a monster.

He limps UTG, folds to me on the button and I have two red Kings. I raise it to $.40 which has been standard. Sb calls, BB folds and UTG calls. Flop (pot $1.30) is Q78 with 2 spades and a club. checks to me and I bet $1.10, SB folds BB calls. Turn (pot $3.50) is 10 of clubs. He checks, I bet $3, he moves in for about $15 more. He almost never does this with a draw (except for OESFD with at least 1 over) so the river is almost irrelavant. The odds are overwhelming that one of us is way ahead at this point. Can I call this? Should I have played it differenly?

I think I fold here.

If he is one of those loose-passive (preflop) and aggressive after the flop type of players.... they don't often stick it in with a hand that can't beat an overpair...... so many hands beat you here, QT is the most obvious.

I don't mind your preflop raise, but I might go for 5-6xbb if this guy likes to call preflop a lot... and on the flop I bet full pot...

but no, I can't call this all in on the turn, not many players make check-raise semi-bluffs on the turn.
