Opponent in this hand seems to be competent, I have him on 24/14/4 after 150 hands.

Seat 4: mutu35 ($219.45 in chips)
Seat 5: djuret84 ($388.65 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero($673.40 in chips) [Qd] [Jd]
Seat 9: Button ($911.50 in chips)
Seat 10: bonobono_x ($90.60 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
bonobono_x posts blind ($2), mutu35 posts blind ($4).

PRE-FLOP
djuret84 bets $8, Hero calls $8, Button calls $8, bonobono_x calls $6, mutu35 calls $4.

FLOP (40): [Ts] [Th] [Js]
bonobono_x checks, mutu35 checks, djuret84 checks, Hero bets $25, Button calls $25, bonobono_x folds, mutu35 folds, djuret84 folds.

TURN (90): [Ts] [Th] [Js] [8h]
Hero checks, Button bets $40, Hero calls $40.

RIVER (170): [Ts] [Th] [Js] [8h] [Jc]
Hero bets $77, Button bets $855.50 and is all-in,

So I need to call 525 into 1374 pot, having a bit less than 2 to 1.

Mostly the question is about a river play, though comments on other streets are welcomed too. Should I bet it in the first place?
Preflop I sometimes raise sometimes call, with such a hand I don't mind playing a multiway pot.

Well insta-call that river of course.

I also like the bet, it gets the most value out of a T or stubborn straight, and there's the remote possibility that you get bluff-raised by a mediocre aggro.

Flop and turn look good.
Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.
