-bomb squad arrives and "neutralizes the suspicious device" on site
-also a not very small road nearby I-93N is closed
-mayor/police/press goes apesh-t as more of the "suspicious devices" are spotted around boston
-eventually gets out lite brites != bombs
-last night, the two ppl who placed them are arrested on some lame charges
-cartoon network apologizes, adds up free publicity
