im reading through that link at the moment but it also seems that the Neteller CS reps are saying that the transfers are the only way to get money out at the minute.....a very confusing kinda time for everyone

Neteller reps have openly said that its allowed. The few accounts that got closed were apparently because a Canadian accessed his NT from the US. That always locks the account
