I use wire transfers at party all the time. They just credit the money direct to your account, you just need to provide the details (all the required numbers, name of your branch etc.). I've found it to be a great way to withdraw. Fast and the charges at party are pretty negligible from what I recall; other sites might charge a small fee.

the wire transfer cashout form at BetUS asks for:

bank name
account name
account #
routing #
bank address
bank phone #


now in the "bank address" field, there's not really enough room to type out a mailing address with street, state, city, and zip code. customer support says just to put the street and the street #. i asked if they needed city + state, and he said "not really."

is that normal?
