Thought about 3 betting PF but decided against it, was a little suspicious from the get go on the flop raising OOP and then checking to me.....but the check-check-check/raise is sooo weird, I used all my time on this one and decided I didn't beat anything that could make this play. Would you check behind on the river, I thought this was a pretty easy value bet to get something out of a stubborn QQ/KK type hand.

To avoid situations like this, I fold pre-flop.

I don't call a raise with Axs, I'd prefer to be the aggressor, open raising in the CO or Button.

as played once he calls the turn Id say your behind easy fold on the river. id say he hit a set or 2 pair on the flop and filled up on the turn

Check behind on the turn (it's a dry board) and you can call a river bet or make a valuebet if checked to. As played, check behind on the river and expect to lose to a full house or bigger kicker.

Yeah I agree with alot of others, I check behind on this turn alot and try and induce a river bet.

Also if you are going to bet that river, why are you betting so little?
