Player reads and TEXTURE determine whether you should CB. Avoid draw heavy boards and CB the draw-light ones.

Although if you have position and flush draw flop is checked to you by 2 players (in a raised pot ot not) , it is worth a bet (as a made hand would often bet out to protect against the draw). This is especially true if the flop has an ace or king on it.
