county jail in the suburbs is like a hotel... decent food, the cops aren't total ass holes and you probably know at least one person from high school or college who's in there when you get there. i.e. collin county.

On the other hand Dallas County jail...lusterit (sp? iceman?) is not so much like a hotel. In fact, it is quite the opposite. I got booked in with itar kissentaner whom Ice might have heard of. He killed a navy petty officer in dallas for a set of wheels this summer. I accidentally told him to go fvck himself not knowing who he was or what he was there for and he proceeded to threaten to kill me.

Not until we got arraigned together did I realize he was charged with capital murder and his bail was 1,000,000. He looked down the row of the court room at me and nodded his head with a look on his face that wasn't very hospitable.

anyhow I got out before we even got close to going to General Population, as they do provide the luxury of an ATM so you can post bail right after you're arraigned. To my knowledge ol' Itar is still in "tha clink" and I hope that sunuvabitch stays there.

That was a county jail... I imagine prison is ten fold worse.
