Some marginal valuebets(?)

I have not gone crazy. This is SEK not USD so the NL 1000 is comparable to NL $150 which is still above my normal level but not by much (I normally play $50 or $100).

Table is tighter than I am used to. People tend to fold preflop and on the flop more often so I have opened up with a lot of position raises and CB's. My image is probably a bit laggy. Average player is a bit weak, there seems to be a lot of trapping and some tricky plays going on but it is still pretty reasonable.

Starting off with a premium hand...

I'm a bit short with ~740 and haven't reloaded yet. I've got black Aces in LP. EP limps, folded to me and I make it 40. SB who has a triple stack calls and original limper folds.

Flop comes [4d] [8c] [7s]

SB checks, I bet 80 and he miniraises to 160. I flat call.

Turn is the [4h]

He bets 150 into the 420 pot. I flat call.

River is the [6s]. He bets 170, I push so it is another 218 to him.

Next hand is not so premium...

I've got 76o in the CO. UTG limps and it is folded to me. I raise to 40 and get called by the BB and the limper.

Flop comes [4c] [5c] [Jc] and goes check/check/check

Turn is a [3s], they check, I bet 100 and BB calls.

River is the [5h], he checks and I bet 200.

2 ... I like a lot.

1 ... You have him on a lower overpair? 87? Hmm.... I guess his bet sizes are telling you he doesn't much like his hand, despite his flop check minraise. I still think this one is very marginal.

Hand #1 I wasn't sure on the flop or turn, but by the river I had him on 99 or TT. His bet tells me he's really unsure about his hand, if he had a boat (or straight) here he should be putting me in, instead he makes a small block bet. I figure my hand is best here more than 50% of the time when I get called.

He called and mucked. I didn't consider 87, but that is of course a possibility, although TT seems more reasonable to call a raise with out of the SB 87 sure fits the post flop play better.

Hand #2 he called and mucked. I assume he had a J. Maybe [Ac] [Js] or something? With a flush possible on a paired board it did feel a bit marginal to bet this straight but as you said, he has shown no strength yet, and it looks like a bluff from me.
