88 Overpair + Gutty. 3-bet PF and Deep. (100nl 6m)

Villan is 21/18 over 80 hands. Seems solid, I've been pushing him around a fair bit and am running at 22/19.

Effective Stacks $165

I open UTG with 88 ($3.5)
Folds to villan OTB who re-pops to $12. He seems to have a tight 3-betting range and considering our stacks I call and we're HU. He knows I raise lots, but I am UTG here.

Flop 4 7 5 r ($25)

I check, he bets $18. I CR to $95.

I have $60 behind so guess I would have to puke and call a push?

How do you like this line?

In hindsight would CRing to ~$60 be best, leaving $95 behind and folding if he shoves? How about bet 3bet shoving (however I got the feeling he would only raise a flop lead with a high overpair).

Do we ever check and flat call here? If so, how do we approach the turn and riv? I'm not crazy about playing this OOP for such a big pot.

What about check/folding if he's got a tight 3-betting range (ie: is likely to have a bigger pair) and you've been pushing him aroun (ie: he's unlikely to fold).

This hand was taken from my drunken lag session last night and the more I look at it the more I hate it. Just woundering optimal line suggestions.
