The older you get, the more rules they are going to try and get you to follow. You just gotta keep on livin', man. L-I-V-I-N. - Wooderson

^^ I was gonna post about that, also when you open one you have to load you account from a bank or I believe a CC. You can't open one and just move money off a site to fund it and avoid the loading fee.

Thay also have an annual $5 service charge fee. So you pay $5 to set it up, and $5 per year to keep it.

Alright, It's so simple a poker player can do it :P

There's really nothing complex about it did it in about 5 min. Just make sure you have the info you intend to link it to or lad it with handy.

I have epassporte fully functioning. While it is slow to get going it is pain free and works.

Create the account and then follow the process to link to checking account. The micro deposits take abut 7 business days to hit your checking. Once you get them it will take another 7 business days for the money to get from your bank to Epassport. This period can be scary since its a timeframe when your money is in limbo, but it WILL get there. I have also done a trial on taking money out, and the same 7 day period applies.

So heres the good news:

Transfers from sites to E are free and occur as quickly as the did with neteller.
withdrawals from E to bank (and vice versa) only are hit @ $2 after you have the initial load.

This is a very good option IMHO. If you want to use a credit card as your initial loading mechanism then the process will go quicker. If you want acces to your money quicker than the 7 day lag allows, then I recommend you get the actual plastic card which can be used at ATM's.
