Ah I see the confusion. I'm talking here about Corporation tax ie the tax the Government gets from companies, in this case from poker sites. I think the rate is something like 30% or 40% there? That's a huge amount of money the US Treasury is effectively missing out on (tax accrued from players would increase that figure even further).

For the year of 2005 revenues from online poker were estimated at US$ 200 million per month.

Yeah, I was using it on Pokerstars... Last night I got an email from the middle man (nexus something) saying that my e-check was declined by my bank. I'm assuming I'll have to just pay them for the deposit and try and get my money back from PS...
