of couse i fold, but why would the bet suck, 30 into 50, I mean I do have a boat and i want action from tp or overpair , sure i don't like to see that kind of river, but the way he called my bets i think he would call a 75ish value bet
do you suggest I should pot the turn to, that might drive him out and I don't want that

You have an underfull on the turn. You have a big hand but it's vulnerable and VERY hard to fold. If he has a Q he won't believe you have a 9 so he'll keep calling. If he has a 9 you want lots of money in on the turn because his kickers beat you and you don't know what his kicker is. Play underfulls fast. I bet $40-$50 on the turn. Also, yeah, I bet the flop stronger, didn't even realize that. Sure he folds weak Qs, but he probably can't fold AQ and no way he folds 9x.
