Rhound - I got 2 outted in a $2000 pot last year, I have also broke a cup in half playing catcher. The feelings were similar.

I think removing the extra point would make it more of a kicking game, which sucks. Right now the extra point means that 99% of touchdows are worth more than 2 field goals. If 50% of touchdowns were now worth just 6 points because of failed conversion attempts, it isnt rewarding aggressive offensive play to the same extent, plus it really increases the relative importance of the kicking game. I personally hate having games decided by kickers.

I realise this could get me instabanned, what if the extra point had to be kick in line from where the touchdown was scored, ?

I will say that I like NFL more than rugby, but I'm curious as to how everybody would hate this idea.
