QQ hand (FR NL 100)

Postby bigmott » Mon Jan 15, 2007 1:51 am

I have [Qh][Qs] in late position.

2 early limpers, player immediately to my right (stack of $70) raises to $5, I call ($190 stack), blinds and one limper fold, other limper ($93.50 stack) calls.

Flop is [Kd][Qc][Th]. Pot is $17.50

PF Limper checks, PFR leads $15. I raise to $35. Limper folds, raiser thinks a while and calls.

Turn is [6d]. Pot is $87.50

PFR thinks and shoves in his last $35. I haven't played a lot of hands against this guy but he was just stacked 2 hands ago..he called a $5 PFR with AJ and lost to AK on an A high flop. Over 60 hands his VPIP was about 40% and PFR about 7%.

Anybody fold here? Anyone like/dislike the flop raise?

Thanks in advance.

I would RR preflop and fold to a 4-bet.

Postflop is fine, you're high if you even consider folding $35 into $87. I'm too lazy to do the math but I imagine you're neutral EV against stragihts and only -EV against KK.
The better player should win the race. Always.
