Here's how I'd rank them and I'm a big fan of all those shows:
1 - Deadwood (see my sig)
2 - Entourage
3 - Rome
4 - Oz
5 - Sopranos (I'm pretty disgusted with last season)

Rome, like Deadwood, seemed a little slow to get going, but took off somewhere in the middle. Not so slow to start the 2nd season.

Oz was great the first 2 seasons or so... Then it turned all homo...

And the last season of Entourage was kinda meh.... There were a LOT of shitty episodes...

I'd go Deadwood, Rome, The Wire, Sopranos, Entourage

If you havent seen the wire, especially the first and 3rd seasons... Buddy...
