earlier against the same villian i raised an AJo on the co, flopped top two on a monotone board, overpushed him on the turn (he was semi-short) and he called with KK to river a flush...then later he called me down with a flush draw again, the flush draw hit but i had him overflushed for a pretty huge pot...he pretty much will not fold a draw, i dont know if he'll bluff or not

I would fold it without a second thought.
His overbet could mean lots of things, most popular: I bet a lot when I hit to look like a bluff.
