KK hand (100 NL 6 max STars)

Sorry no hand history

I have $150 and Villian has about $65

we are down to 3 handed as the table is breaking up

i am on the button and I raise it to $4 with K[s] K[c]

He calls in the SB
flop is 9 9 5 rainbow

he checks and I lead for $6, he check raises me to $18

what's the best play here?

call. evaluate turn. call most turns. evaluate river. call some rivers, maybe shove if he checks.
