UTG calls, CO calls, Button calls, Hero raises to $7, 2 folds, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: [6s] [5s] [2h] ($23, 3 players)
Hero bets $18?

3 Handed do you guys still lead this OOP? For those who don't, what if I'm second to act?

I used to CB here most of the time, but now I think checking is best. You're getting called by most PPs and a whole range of SCs. If the flop contained a high card i'd be much more inclined to bet OOP into two players. Say A34, K95, Q44, etc.
