When you were a big-time bankruptcy attorney/lawyer how common was it for the companies you've worked for to be 'ambitious' when it came to billing total hours worked for clients?
I'm pretty sure you've never mentioned the firm(s) you worked for. Or maybe you could comment on how common an exercise it is with law firms in general?
